Location: Kirkham

Pay rate: £16 per hour

Shifts and schedule: 18-34 hours per week (weekends and evenings)

Contract: Temp-Perm

Must: Drive (Full UK license) + access to own car

We are searching for a Support Worker to assist our client living with cerebral palsy, including educational support, rehabilitation and home care.

 Company and Role:

• Our client is 11 years old, requiring support during school and in the home
• Supporting our client with cerebral palsy and epilepsy
• Our client is active and enjoys outdoor activities 

 
Successful Applicant:

• Must be able to drive and have a manual UK license
• Previous experience supporting children with complex conditions (brain injuries and epilepsy is desirable)
• Excellent verbal communication
• Rehabilitation and/or educational support experience
