Job Title: Female Support Worker

Location: Southam (CV47)

Pay Rate: £15 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, 8 hours per week

Shift and Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am–1pm

 

Priority Recruitment are delighted to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in Southam (CV47).

This is a fantastic role supporting a female client recovering from an injury, helping her to regain confidence and independence while living comfortably at home with her husband.

We’re searching for compassionate Support Workers who believe that with the right encouragement, every individual can lead a fulfilling, active, and independent life.

 

Previous experience in care is essential.

Company and Role:

  • Supporting a female client aged 79, living at home with her husband after recovering from an ankle injury sustained in 2023
  • Working within the client’s own home and occasionally out in the community (e.g. short walks, local trips, or light activities)
  • Gentle assistance with showering and dressing, light domestic tasks, and companionship
  • Encouraging confidence, mobility, and independence through structured routines and positive interaction
  • Working closely with an Occupational Therapist (OT) who will guide and support you with the rehabilitation plan
  • This isn’t just care, it’s about building confidence, promoting independence, and helping someone enjoy day-to-day life again

 

Successful Applicant:

  • Must be female (genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
  • Must have a full UK driving license and access to own car
  • Experience supporting adults or elderly clients within community or rehabilitation settings
  • Compassionate, patient, and proactive with strong communication skills
  • Reliability and professionalism are key
