Retail Stock Assistant

Please note: *Gameday attendance is essential and non-negotiable*

Full time availability is required for this particular role.  We have other roles available on our site, but for this one we require full time availability between;  Monday - Saturday 8-7, Sunday 10-5. Plus matchdays (upto 11pm on Tuesday/Wednesday and 9PM on Saturday/Sundays) - If you are not full time available, then please check our Matchday+ role.

Purpose of the role:

• To give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience for our fans.
• To support the operations manager in ensuring the best stock standards throughout the store.
• To maintain high standards and housekeeping in the Man City Stadium Store and to represent both Stichd and Manchester City FC in the best way possible.
• Ensure stock is processed and delivered to the store allowing the sales team to provide an efficient service to our customers.

Duties include:

• Highest standard of customer service
• Stock counting using RFID tools
• Arranging stock displays
• Putting out large volumes of stock 
• Maintain excellent store standards
• Day-to-day tasks and housekeeping

Experience/Skills required:

• Passion for football or sport is preferred, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment packed with passionate supporters
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills (Excellent standard of English speaking)
• Flexibility on working hours is essential
• Customer service/retail experience (at least 1 year)
• Previous experience working in a retail stock based role would be ideal but not essential

Other information:

• The role includes weekday and weekend shifts
• Paid weekly, £10-£12.21 an hour for weekday flexible staff over 18
• +12% holiday pay entitlement, can claimed weekly or saved. 
• Role-based at the Manchester City Stadium Store. (M11 3FF)
