Recruitment Resourcer – Healthcare Division
AKA: Delivery Consultant, Candidate Consultant or Talent Resourcer
Central Manchester (Hybrid Working)
£25,000–£26,000 + Commission (OTE £31K+)

The Role
- Proactively source and attract high-quality Support Workers across the UK

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract and temporary bank healthcare roles

Work closely with consultants to fill roles within complex care, children's services and supported living services
- Screen, interview, and fully prepare candidates for placements
- Engage candidates using a consultative, relationship-led approach
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (or similar role)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and making a difference
Desirable:
- Experience recruiting within healthcare (especially temps)
- Knowledge of complex care or supported living
- Experience in high-volume candidate generation
