Recruitment Resourcer – Healthcare Division
AKA: Delivery Consultant, Candidate Consultant or Talent Resourcer
Central Manchester (Hybrid Working)
£25,000–£26,000 + Commission (OTE £31K+)

The Role
  • Proactively source and attract high-quality Support Workers across the UK 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract and temporary bank healthcare roles 
  • Work closely with consultants to fill roles within complex care, children's services and supported living services 
  • Screen, interview, and fully prepare candidates for placements 
  • Engage candidates using a consultative, relationship-led approach 
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals 
  • Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent 
Who we’re looking for
  • 1+ year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (or similar role) 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Confident, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment 
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • A genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and making a difference 
Desirable:
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare (especially temps) 
  • Knowledge of complex care or supported living 
  • Experience in high-volume candidate generation
