Job Title:Marketing Manager
Location:London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + bonus

The Role:

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, content, PR, and events
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
  • Manage content creation including case studies, press releases, and thought leadership
  • Deliver high-impact events and exhibitions
  • Mentor and develop the Senior Marketing Coordinator
  • Report on campaign ROI and optimise based on analytics and performance

 

Successful Applicant:

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in financial services or regulated industry
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Proven experience across all marketing disciplines
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a direct report
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Canva
  • Full UK driving licence (required for event travel)
  • Degree in Marketing or related field; professional qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable
