Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Rotherham
Pay rate: £15.00 PAYE +
Job Type: Part time – 20 hours a week (Weekend work)
Must: Drive (UK license)

 Company and Role:

• This role is a low-complexity, community-based support role to support a male in his 20s with an acquired brain injury (no personal care is required)

This is focused on:

• Prompts and support with executive memory

• Structuring and planning the day

• Supporting decision-making and problem-solving

• Attending appointments

• Emotional and social support

• Encouraging independence

• Monitoring mobility safety and fall risks

• Recognising subtle brain injury cues and documenting clearly

 
Successful Applicant:

• Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available to take the client out
