About the Role:
As a Complex Care Support Worker in Redditch, you’ll be supporting individuals living with a range of conditions including brain injuries, spinal injuries, strokes, and other neurological or physical challenges.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll help clients maintain their independence, wellbeing, and confidence, both at home and in the community.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Personal Care: Supporting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtime assistance.

Clinical Care: Administering medication, monitoring wellbeing, and maintaining accurate care records.

Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to achieve their personal goals and take an active role in their daily lives.

Emotional Support: Building trust and offering reassurance to both clients and their families.

Collaborative Care: Working alongside healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, person-centred care.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

12 months’ experience in a complex care, rehabilitation, or community care setting.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, as clients may require support attending appointments or activities.

The flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, on a bank basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring, empathetic approach.

The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
