Retail Assistant - Matchday+
MCFC Team Store, Etihad Stadium
£8 - £12.71 depending on age + 12.07% holiday pay
Please note: Gameday attendance is essential and non-negotiable

What is Matchday+?
You must be available on matchdays, which are typically Saturday/Sundays, or Tuesday/Wednesday evenings 5-11pm. Staff that demonstrate the best customer service might be offered additional shifts in addition to matchdays.

Purpose of the role:

• To give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience for our fans.
• To maintain high standards and housekeeping in the Man City Stadium Store and to represent both Stichd and Manchester City FC in the best way possible.
• This job also requires working with the stock team when needed to ensure stock is processed and delivered to the store allowing the sales team to provide an efficient service to our customers.

Duties include:

• Highest standard of customer service
• Maintain excellent store standards
• Day-to-day tasks and housekeeping
• Till use and cash handling
• Shirt printing

Experience/Skills required:

• Passion for football or sport is preferred, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment packed with passionate supporters
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills (Excellent standard of English speaking)
• Flexibility on working hours is essential
• Customer service/retail experience (at least 1 year preferred)

• The role includes weekday and weekend shifts
• Paid weekly, £8-12.71 an hour depending on age
• +12% holiday pay entitlement, can claimed weekly or saved. 
• Role-based at the Manchester City Stadium Store. (M11 3FF)
