Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Staffordshire
Pay rate: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (including car allowance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About the Role:

• Own month-end management accounts and commentary for senior leaders
• Lead budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Partner with HR on salary reviews and bonus frameworks
• Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk management
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support treasury management
• Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
• Support strategic decision-making and performance reviews
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members
• Maintain and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures

Who You Are:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE
• Technically strong and commercially minded
• Skilled in leading or mentoring within small teams
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strategic, solution-oriented, and confident in driving improvement
• Collaborative, credible, and passionate about business growth
