Job Title: Quality Assurance Advisor

Location: Halifax (hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

 

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional quality? Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to join the Operations team and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards for their clients.

In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with team members at all levels and act as a key figure in maintaining and growing the company reputation as a trusted demand creation partner.

 

Responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Advisor:

  • Review all submitted leads to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with the latest information.
  • Provide detailed feedback to Managers and Directors on risks and improvement areas.
  • Identify and highlight strong calls for training and coaching purposes.
  • Support the upskilling of new team members with training and constructive feedback.
  • Attend client handover calls and manage lead acceptance processes, updating relevant teams as needed.
  • Assist with calling and lead generation when required.
  • Play an active role in onboarding and campaign setup to ensure clear understanding of objectives and lead criteria.

  • Be motivational, with the ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be experienced in using CRM systems and have a strong grasp of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Be able to multitask effectively across multiple programs.
  • Have an unflappable personality and be comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.
