Location- Halifax
Hours- Monday- Friday 9am- 5.30pm
Salary £27,000 - £31,000 DOE
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic operations team. This hands-on, client-facing role is integral to delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Role as a Sales Administrator:
- Plan and allocate team workloads to ensure efficiency and high performance.
- Review and refine existing processes to improve effectiveness and implement new strategies.
- Perform quality checks on leads and prepare detailed updates for clients.
- Join client calls to provide campaign updates, manage lead handovers, and maintain follow-up communication.
- Schedule and manage appointments, handle reschedules, and monitor CRM updates.
- Gather and analyse post-meeting feedback to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to suggest and oversee productivity improvements.
Skills as a Sales Administrator:
- A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms is essential.
