Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Stockport
Pay Rate: £37,500 - £45,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (on-call at the weekends)

 
Priority Healthcare are excited to present this brand new opportunity for a Registered Manager in a hildren’s residential home in the Stockport area.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team looking after a group of young people. This new opportunity is with a growing business that values internal progression, so can provide scope for further career growth. 

 
Salary & Benefits:
•    Competitive salary: Between £37,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
•    Extra £10,000 bonus to earn, if targets are met.
•    Free on-site parking.

 

Client and Role:
•    Our client is a children’s 4 bed residential care home. 
•    The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life, whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met.
•    Leading and inspiring a staff team and taking responsibility for their training, development, supervision, and rota's.
•    This role is about being a positive role model to the children and young people.
•    Delivering the children’s Standards in the home.

 

Successful Applicant:
•    Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
•    Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
•    Hold a Level 4 Children Young People & Families Practitioner.
•    Have experience with OFSTED.
