Job Description

Job Title: Residential Support Worker. 

Location: Stockport

Pay rate: £24,357.40 to £25,665.25 range depending upon experience/qualifications

Job Type: Full time 

Shift and schedule: 30 working hours per shift rotation (2 on 4 off) and 18 sleeping hours

 


Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a residential support worker in a children’s residential home in Stockport.

We are searching for Residential Support Workers who share our belief children’s lives are not a barrier, and it doesn’t have to stop our children from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences. Previous experience with children’s homes and a full UK driver’s license is required for this role.

 

Salary & Benefits:

•   £24,357.40 to £25,665.25 range depending upon experience/qualifications

•   £5,000 bonus for referring candidates.

•   Free on-site parking.

Job Role:

•   To understand and deliver the young person’s Care Plan every day.

•   To meet all the basic physical needs of the young person every day. To keep up to date accurate records for the young people in line with systems of the home. 

•   To carry out checks and maintain all relevant records relating to Health & Safety as directed by line manager

Successful Applicant:

•   Must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving license (a company car will be provided during work hours).

•   Must possess at least 1 year of experience in residential support worker.

•   Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
