Pay Rate: £16.00 TO £17.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-Perm, Full time
Shift and Schedule: Mon - Fri fixed school time hours, Flexible home time hours

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team, working on a 1-1 basis with our client. who loves to be active and socialise within his community.

Client and Role:
• This is an extremely rewarding role where you will be involved in developing our client’s full potential. He attends a local Specialist School, and you will support him in all aspects of his learning and participation in school life.
• The client is a young male with complex needs, Cerebral Palsy and physical disabilities.
• The client is active and loves being outside.
• This role will involve helping client with his daily routine in a specialist school.
• The client hoisted for all transfers.
Successful Applicant:
• Previous experience of 12 months in care is essential – training will also be provided where necessary.
• Full UK driving license is required and must be able to drive a manual vehicle, the role will involve using the client’s car during shifts.
• Experience working with clients living with complex needs.
• Be able to communicate with the family and fellow professionals confidentially.
• Previous experience with working with therapists to deliver on the client’s support plan.
• The successful applicant must be flexible in their approach.
• Assisting with the development and communication skills as well maintaining the client’s physical health.
