Job Description

Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Bristol
Basic Salary: £11.44 Per Hour - Full-time 40-Hour Contract
OTE: Between £27,000 - £30,000+
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am - 8 pm Saturday & 11 am - 5 pm on Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.

More about the role:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers at your kiosk, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Being trained to make the correct prescription lenses that the customer needs.
  • Assisting customers, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
  • Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the kiosk.
  • Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  • Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.

Successful Applicant:

  • Please note, due to the way our clients systems work, no previous eyewear/optical experience is required.
  • Background in a sales or service-oriented setting.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Possesses a 'can-do' attitude with a hunger for achieving targets.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer service and eager to stay ahead of the curve.
