Job title:    Support Worker
Location:   South Shields, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Pay:           £14.00 per hour 
Hours:       Full or part time available.

 
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the South Shields area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
 
We are looking for a flexible, committed, reliable individual to work on a 1-1 basis with our Client in South Shields who has an acquired brain injury.

Client and Role:

 

The client has an acquired brain injury.

  • This is an ongoing package 1-1 support.
  • Helping client with his daily routine
  • Client is very sociable


Successful Applicant:


Previous experience of 6 months in care is essential – training will also be provided.

  • Experience working with clients living with complex needs is desirable.
  • Be able to communicate with the family and fellow professionals confidentially.
  • Taking the client to social events
  • Supporting the client with housework/Chores.
