Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Nottingham

Pay rate: £14 p/h

Job Type: Part time, 10 hour per week

Shift and Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays - 3pm till 8pm

 

Priority Healthcare are looking for a Support Worker who has experience with Cerebral Palsy, for a role we have in the Nottingham area. The individual is a 14 year old male who has a Cerebral Palsy.

Client and Role:

  • Client has Cerebral Palsy.
  • Assisting with personal care, taking the individual out into the community and doing activities.
  • Ongoing 1-1 role.
  • It will be working 2 days per week, Thursdays and Fridays from 3pm till 8pm.
  • Ideal for someone looking for additional hours
  • Must have a valid UK driving license and a vehicle with business insurance.
     

Successful Applicant:

  • Must have experience with Cerebral Palsy and EpiPenn training.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months care experience within the UK.
  • Must have access to your own vehicle.
