Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Bradford BD6
Pay rate: £12.58 Per Hour
Job Type: Temp - Perm, Part time
Shift and Schedule: 18 hrs total per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays (10am-4pm)
Priority Healthcare are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in the Bradford area.
The client is a 55yr woman who has survived having a brain aneurysm and is keen to achieve her goals of weight loss, improve her fitness and confidence. She is looking for someone to accompany her on long walks in the country (around 8 miles over varied terrain). The role also includes facilitating and encouraging completion of physio and personal training led schedules in every shift. The client attends a weekly horse-riding lesson where you will be required to observe her performance and provide feedback. High quality record keeping is essential and you will be provided with induction and training from the MDT and case management team.

Successful Applicant:
• Must hold a full and valid UK driving license and have their own car to use whilst on shift.
• Must have a minimum of 12 months care experience within the UK.
