Job Description
Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Wigan
Pay rate: £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42 hours
Shift and schedule: Monday – Sunday, 08:00-22:00, Mixture of full and half days, Weekend Availability
Priority Healthcare are recruiting for a talented Registered Manager for a children’s home in the Wigan area. Initially this role is to manage and lead the home whilst looking after the young individuals that live there.

Clients & Role:
- Clients have learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy.
- Ensure children receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence.
- To manage the budget of the home.
- Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals.
- Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards.
- Managing the team and provide leadership.
- Requires management skills.
- Individual loves going out into the community.
- Promoting independence.
- Permanent role.
The successful applicant:
- Must possess a full UK driving license and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
- Have experience in a management role.
- Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management.
- Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK.
- Hold a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social care.
