We’re expanding rapidly and onboarding new clients in Manchester. We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our bank staff team to meet the growing demand. Types of Roles Available

• Ad hoc shifts in children’s homes
• Ad hoc shifts in people’s homes, supporting individuals with ABI injuries and complex needs
• Flexible working hours, including 6-to-12-hour shifts, waking nights, and sleep-ins
• Bank shifts: Work on an as-needed basis
• Preference for candidates with experience working with ABI and/or young people aged 13 to 18 years

Please note: There will be no fixed place of work, and you should be willing to travel across Manchester, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Stockport.

What We’re Looking For

• Caring and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference
• A valid CV showcasing your skills and experience (if you don’t have one, don’t worry—our team can help you create one free of charge)
• Availability to work flexible shifts in and around Manchester when opportunities arise
• At least 12 months of experience in the UK care sector
• A full UK driving licence
